Late blog update but it is an update!

Ugh summer heat! I think we can all relate. And yet I still find myself outside gardening which must be me seeking to self-punish for not getting editing done faster. Still pretty flowers! And vegetables! Well, there’s also me watching my almost 70 yr old neighbor who looks 50 cutting back years of overgrowth and just not able to stand by. So there was me in the heat and sun trimming whatever the powder puff bush is along with evergreens! Satisfying but yikes, talk about humidity and heat kicking your butt.

As you can see, pretty and powder puff bush which is not its real name but it is very floofy. So I definitely ducked inside for glorious AC and reading and writing time.

One type of heat I definitely don’t mind is the spicy romance in my newest book – For Love of Medusa. Now under contract with The Wild Rose Press and hopefully released end of 2022 or early 2023. I’m super hyped about this couple and the unusual cast of characters who play a part in their impossible romance. And it doesn’t get much more impossible than when jaded, ex professor Jason Walker falls for a woman who is so cursed, one look at her will end his life.

That certainly makes for interesting dates!

More to come on this later. As well as another novelette about how Hades uses his invisibility helmet to make an illicit visit with his wife during her Demeter enforced duties. If you haven’t read about this couple, here’s a link on the novelette released in December.
