About Me
Originally from Southern Florida, my home is now the foothills and mountains of North Georgia. Living near a potentially haunted lake, and in an area overflowing with history, offers a lot of inspiration and fuels the writing muse.
In college, I worked for a year at a used book store that I practically lived in and was something of a dream job. Meeting new authors and fellow readers furthered my interest in how to tell a good story, what people enjoyed, and which books touched them.
A few years later, I had the opportunity to be a docent and researcher for a historical cemetery tour. Weaving tales of the famous -- and not so famous -- deceased residents of the city-of-the-dead soon lead to writing my own stories. Whether it's mythology, magic or wolves, there's always a new story to tell and characters knocking around in my mind waiting for their turn to go on an adventure, fall in love, and burst into the world.
